I just found out that after seven years with the New York Yankees, Hideki Matsui will be leaving the team to sign a one-year contract with the Angels. I’m heartbroken.
Hideki was quite possibly the classiest guy on the entire Yankees squad, apart from Derek Jeter. He never attracted controversy, always played his hardest, and clearly cared more about the game ant nearly anyone out there.
